BOOKING POLICIES — Memories by Jayy

Welcome to Memories by Jayy — portrait photography for families, couples, and every milestone in between. I'm committed to capturing the moments the people you love actually want to keep.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling to secure your date. This fee is applied toward your session total. The remaining balance is due the day of your session, payable via Zelle or Apple Pay.

RESCHEDULING

Life happens. You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your appointment at no extra cost, and your booking fee transfers to the new date. Reschedules inside 48 hours forfeit the original booking fee, and a new $50 fee is required to rebook.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations forfeit the $50 booking fee. A no-show (not arriving within 15 minutes of your scheduled start without notice) is treated as a cancellation and the $50 booking fee is forfeited. If something unexpected comes up, reach out as soon as you can — I'd rather help you rebook than lose the moment.

IMAGE PROOFS

Unedited image proofs are delivered within 1–3 business days of your session. You'll select your favorites from the proof gallery, and I'll begin edits from there.

TURN AROUND TIME

Final edited images are delivered within 5–7 business days after you've selected your favorites. Business days are Monday–Friday.

SHOOT PREPARATION

To make the most of our time together:

- Arrive 10 minutes early

- Confirm everyone attending the day before

- Have outfits confirmed, ironed, and ready

- Save 3–5 pose/style ideas you love (Pinterest is great for this)

- Come ready to have fun — good vibes make great photos

EXTRAS

- Additional Time — $50 per extra 30 minutes

- Late Arrival Fee — $50 for every 30 minutes past your start time (15-minute grace period)

- Re-Shoot Fee — $100 (weather and location incidents excluded)

IMAGE USAGE

I retain copyright to all images. Clients receive full personal-use rights (print, share, post). Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement. Occasionally I may feature images in my portfolio and on social media — you'll always be asked first.
